Karen Chancey
Director of Accounting & Operations
Karen has served as the Director of Accounting & Operations at ACCESS for more than seven years. In her role, she is responsible for all things money-related at the shelter and making sure the building is always safe for the residents. In addition, Karen serves as the head of the Staff Appreciation Committee.
Prior to ACCESS, Karen obtained her accounting degree from Macon State in Georgia and subsequently served as the Director of Finance for 15 years at a large day-care corporation with 42 centers throughout Georgia.
