Karla Straus

Director of Human Resources

Karla Straus is the Director of Human Resources for ACCESS Shelter and has been with the organization for two years and is the head of the Staff Appreciation and Safety Committee. She has 14 years of Human Resources experience working in the for-profit sector. Her role in Human Resources for ACCESS, Inc. is her first role in the non-profit sector and she fell in love with the work and the organization from day one. She enjoys being a part of the mission and impact that ACCESS has in the community.
