Rachel Valentine
Director of Client Services
Rachel is the Director of Client Services at ACCESS Shelter. In this role, Rachel identifies and coordinates support services throughout the shelter. She supervises all programs and delivery staff, including Health Care Clinic, Child Advocate, Programming Coordinator, Case Management, Central Station, and Intake.
Rachel is no stranger to non-profits having spent the majority of her career in the non-profit sector ranging from managing a homeless shelter to working in the mental health field.
The most rewarding part of her job is knowing that she provides a supportive environment to women in crisis to make progress toward housing stability.
